Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
HRT consists of optimizing progesterone, testosterone, estradiol and other hormones. Replacement options include topical creams, oral pills, patches, vaginal creams or supplements based on your individual needs as determined by symptoms and labs.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
Low testosterone in men is known as andropause. Some of the contributing factors to low T can include obesity, shift work, environmental factors and lifestyles. Replacement options range from topical agents, injections, troches or supplements based on your individual needs as determined by symptoms and labs.
Low Testosterone Symptoms
Signs and symptoms of low testosterone in men may differ for each individual. Common signs and symptoms include:

Thyroid Optimization
Many individuals have signs and symptoms of an underactive thyroid, also known as hypothyroid. Healthcare providers are not aware of how to test and treat thyroid disease properly leaving patients to suffer with their symptoms. Thyroid optimization utilizes patient symptoms, labs results, oral medications and supplements to help get the thyroid to a healthy and functional state.

Hashimoto's Disease
Hashimoto's is an autoimmune disease of the thyroid. This happens when your body's immune system starts attacking healthy tissue of thyroid. Some providers do not recognize this as historically Hashimoto's has been treated the same as hypothyroidism: with a T4 replacement, such a levothyroxine. However, to properly optimize the thyroid, other medications and supplements may be warranted as each person's body is unique.

Or perhaps it is more economical to set up a monthly membership that includes follow up visits and medications. We want to do what we can to help you reclaim your health!
Initial Consult***
$250
Each woman starts with a 60 minute consultation where we deep dive into you and your symptoms. You will be given an order for labs* to do where you would like. Your first follow up visit is where we create your unique treatment plan and that is $100.
Follow Up Visits
$150
Follow up visits are 30 minutes long and done every 3 months. You pay for the visit at the time of service.
Membership
$185/month
Memberships include quarterly follow up visits, portal messaging, monitored bloodwork* and up to 3 hormone prescriptions** mailed to your home. Discount for full year purchase.
*Labs/bloodwork done via health insurance or paid via discounted cash price via LabCorp or Quest.
**Includes progesterone, testosterone and estradiol. All other medications and/or recommended supplements are a la carte. Medications and/or supplements will vary based on individual needs.

TRT Payment Options
While you can pay for each visit at the time of service, many men find it more efficient, both in time and money, to set up a monthly membership that includes follow up visits and medications mailed directly to your home. Consults are 60 minutes long where we get to know you and what symptoms you are experiencing. Men will be given an order for labs* to be done wherever you choose. Your next visit is $100 and will be where we create your treatment plan and decide which option is best for your life.
Follow Up Visits
$150
Follow up visits are 30 minutes long and done every 3 months. You pay for the visit at the time of service.
Membership
$140/month
Memberships include follow up visits every 3 months, portal messaging, monitored bloodwork* and testosterone prescription** with supplies mailed to your home. Discount for full year purchase.
*Labs/bloodwork done via health insurance or paid via discounted cash price via LabCorp or Quest.
**Includes injectable or topical compounded testosterone and supplies. Additional medications such as HCG, thyroid, tadalafil or supplements etc are a la carte.

Thyroid Payment Options
Since hypothyroid symptoms are individualized, it only makes sense that your payment plan should be too! Based on your treatment plan we will tailor a payment option that fits your needs. It may be a monthly membership with follow up visits included and medications mailed to your door or paying for each visit at the time of service might be the right fit.

**Thyroid prescriptions can be a combination of 2 of the following: levothyroxine, liothyronine, desiccated thyroid hormone or LDN. All other medications and/or recommended supplements are a la carte.

Scheduling online will be the quickest way to secure your appointment. However, we encourage you to reach out to us if you do not see a time that works for you. Together we will find an appointment that accommodates your schedule!
Please note when you schedule, there are options for an Initial Visit (pick this if this is your first time coming to ReNEWed Hormones) or a Follow Up Visit (this is what you will choose for each visit after your first visit). There is also the option for an In Person appointment or a Telehealth (virtual) appointment. Many individuals prefer to have their first appointment in person but find that Telehealth for subsequent visits fits their life better. Others will always choose in person. Just make sure you double check that you selected the type of visit that works for you!
