Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
HRT is used to treat symptoms associated with hormones changes during perimenopause and menopause. Since hormones are not one size fits all, symptoms can be different for each woman. Treatment may include progesterone, estradiol, testosterone or other therapies when clinically appropriate determined by symptoms and lab values.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
Low testosterone in men is known as andropause and symptoms can be different for everyone. Some of the contributing factors to low T can include obesity, shift work, environmental factors and lifestyles. Treatment options may include topical or injectable therapies prescribed when appropriate based on symptoms and lab values. Medications are obtained from and dispensed by the patient's pharmacy and not administered by ReNEWed Hormones.
Thyroid Optimization
Many individuals have signs and symptoms of an underactive thyroid, or hypothyroidism, while others have Hashimoto's, an autoimmune disease of the thyroid. Thyroid optimization involves evaluation and management based on symptoms, lab findings and individualized treatment.

We recognize that every woman is unique, which is why we work together to find the payment option that fits your needs. You may find that it works best to pay for each visit at the time of service. Or perhaps it is more economical to set up a monthly membership that includes follow up visits and medications. We want to do what we can to help you reclaim your health!
Initial Consult***
$250
Each woman starts with a 60 minute consultation where we deep dive into you and your symptoms. You will be given an order for labs* to do where you would like. Your first follow up visit is where we create your unique treatment plan and that is $100.
Follow Up Visits
$150
Follow up visits are 30 minutes long and done every 3 months. You pay for the visit at the time of service.
Membership
$185/month
Memberships include quarterly follow up visits, portal messaging, monitored bloodwork* and up to 3 hormone prescriptions** mailed to your home. Discount for full year purchase.
*Labs/bloodwork done via health insurance or paid via discounted cash price via LabCorp or Quest.
**Includes progesterone, testosterone and estradiol. All other medications and/or recommended supplements are a la carte. Medications and/or supplements will vary based on individual needs.

While you can pay for each visit at the time of service, many men find it more efficient, both in time and money, to set up a monthly membership that includes follow up visits and medications mailed directly to your home. Consults are 60 minutes long where we get to know you and what symptoms you are experiencing. Men will be given an order for labs* to be done wherever you choose. Your next visit is $100 and will be where we create your treatment plan and decide which option is best for your life.
Follow Up Visits
$150
Follow up visits are 30 minutes long and done every 3 months. You pay for the visit at the time of service.
Membership
$140/month
Memberships include follow up visits every 3 months, portal messaging, monitored bloodwork* and testosterone prescription** with supplies mailed to your home. Discount for full year purchase.
*Labs/bloodwork done via health insurance or paid via discounted cash price via LabCorp or Quest.
**Includes injectable or topical compounded testosterone and supplies. Additional medications such as HCG, thyroid, tadalafil or supplements etc are a la carte.

Thyroid Payment Options
Since hypothyroid symptoms are individualized, it only makes sense that your payment plan should be too! Based on your treatment plan we will tailor a payment option that fits your needs. It may be a monthly membership with follow up visits included and medications mailed to your door or paying for each visit at the time of service might be the right fit.

Memberships include follow up visits, portal messaging, monitored bloodwork* and up to 2 thyroid prescriptions** mailed to your home. Discount for full year purchase
*Labs/bloodwork done via health insurance or paid via discounted cash price via LabCorp or Quest.
**Thyroid prescriptions can be a combination of 2 of the following: levothyroxine, liothyronine, desiccated thyroid hormone or LDN. All other medications and/or recommended supplements are a la carte.

Prospective Patients *NEW starting April 2026*
We are now offering you the opportunity to have labs done beforehand allowing for your personalized treatment plan to be created at your consult. For this option full payment is due at the time of booking and labs must be done through LabCorp. Patients will fill out demographic information which will trigger email paperwork to be sent, including a questionnaire and consent forms, that must be filled out prior to receiving a lab order. Consults scheduled after office receives completed labs.
Consult with Labs***
$300
Full payment is due at the time of booking for this option. Labs must be completed at a LabCorp facility either with discounted cash pay labs or insurance or Quest for cash pay labs. If using insurance it is your responsibility to know what your insurance covers as insurance plans vary.
Cash Pay Labs
Around $200
Cash pay labs are done via Evexia Diagnostics for LabCorp or Rupa Health for Quest. Once we get your completed paperwork, our office will order your labs. Evexia/Rupa Health will reach out to you for payment and then send your lab order to be printed and taken to a LabCorp/Quest facility.

Tips For Scheduling
Initial Visits must be done in office. Scheduling online will be the quickest way to secure your appointment. However, we encourage you to reach out to us if you do not see a time that works for you. Together we will find an appointment that accommodates your schedule!
Please note when you schedule, there are options for an Initial Visit (pick this if this is your first time coming to ReNEWed Hormones) or a Follow Up Visit (this is what you will choose for each visit after your first visit). There is also the option for an In Person appointment or a Telehealth (virtual) appointment. Virtual visits are only available for Follow Up Visits and the patient must located in Indiana during the appointment. Patients must be seen in office at least once a year. Make sure you double check that you selected the type of visit that works for you!
